Their target clothing changes each week to keep things fresh while using a direct from the factory marketplace. The company prides itself on marketing only products they know will be popular and sell, which helps them keep costs down and keep unsold stock to a minimum.
What is Cider’s Return Policy?
From the day you receive your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. The items must be in the original packaging and unworn. All the tags must still be attached to the garment. If any of the returned items look washed, worn, or changed in any way, the company will not honor its return policy.
If a product is marked as a Final Sale, it will not qualify for a return or a refund. You can not return swimwear, underwear, or accessories.

How To Return A Cider Product
- Down load the Cider app
- Login to your account
- Go to “Orders”
- Select the item you wish to return
- Confirm the delivery
- Select the “Refund/Return” button
- Follow the instructions
- Submit your request
To return a product to Cider, you need to download the app on your phone. The company will not process any returns that are on a computer or using the Web.
Once you have downloaded the app, log in to your account using the email associated with your purchase. Go to “Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
You must also hit the “Confirm Delivery” button to inform the app that you received the order in the first place. The Refund/Return button will show up after you have confirmed the delivery.
Select the Refund/Return button and start the process. Follow all instructions and then submit your request.
How Strict is the Cider Return Policy?
The return policy for Cider appears to be pretty straightforward. You have fourteen days from the day you get the product to return it. The items must be unwashed, unworn, and in all the packaging with the tags still on. Any item that does not meet these qualifications will not be processed for returns.
How To Ship an Item Back to Cider
- Attach the shipping label provided or obtain one from a carrier
- Bring the box to the desired shipping station
- Update the tracking information via the Cider app
- Save your return receipt
If the company provided you with a shipping label, print it out, stick it to the box and bring it to a shipping station
If the company has not provided you with a shipping label, contact your desired carrier and have the item shipped directly to the Cider warehouse closest to you.
Update all the package tracking information on the Cider app, or they will not be able to identify your return package
Save the return receipt from the return carrier until Cider has processed your refund.
Cider Exchange Policy
Currently, Cider does not offer an exchange program for purchases. You can purchase the desired item and simply return the one you don’t want instead. As soon as they receive the product, they will process the return.
Cider Refund Policy
Once the company has received your returned product in their warehouse, they will send you a refund.
If you paid with your debit or credit card, they will refund the card within five business days.
If you used a Cider Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to the card. However, your item is not eligible if you used any store credits.
If you used PayPal or other companies, your refund will be sent to the company within five business days of receiving the item.
Who Pays The Return Shipping Charge?
Cider will pay for the 1rst item on each order to be returned and will create a shipping label for you. You need to pay for shipping for any other returns on the same order.
Any original shipping costs will be non-refundable.
