Coach has a pretty forgiving return policy as long as you follow the terms and conditions. All items need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase to receive a full refund. If you purchased the item while it was on sale or on clearance, you have to return it within 14 days.
Some items cannot be returned though and all items being returned have to be new and in unused condition. You also need to make sure you have the receipt.

How To Return a Coach item?
Coach offers a few easy ways to make returns. You can choose one of the ones below.
You can return any item you have bought to a Coach store including items you have bought online. You can find the nearest store to you and pay them a visit to make the return. A cashier at the register will be able to help you.
You need to make sure you have the original order invoice or the receipt to make the return as they will not allow you to make returns if you do not have the receipt.
You can return items online if you bought the item online.
- Fill out the return form that came with the item when you received it in the mail.
- Make sure to include the form in the item you are sending back.
- Make sure to ship your item to the Coach main site at CSI Returns, One Coach Way, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
- Use FedEx, USPS, or UPS to send the item back.
When making an online return, you will be in charge of the shipping costs so you won’t get the full refund amount back into your pocket.
Yes. You can take the online purchase to the store. You cannot return in-store purchases online though. If you bought the item in the store, you will need to go back to a store to give the item back.
Coach’s return policy is strict because they want to make sure all the items being refunded are new and not used. So, if you have used the item and just decided you did not like it, you will not be able to return it.
For items you bought on clearance, you only have 14 days to return them which only gives you a small window to decide if you want to keep the item or not.
The exchange policy is the same as the return policy. If you want to get a different item, you have 30 days to take it back to the store or put it in the mail to send back to the warehouse. The exchange item has to be of equal or lesser value.
You can get a refund on Coach items if you take them back to the store with the receipt within 30 days.
Does Coach take returns without a receipt?
You need the receipt to make a return and get a full refund. If you lost the receipt or the order invoice, you will only be able to return the product for a gift card. The card will not have the original purchase amount though in all cases. It will have the lowest selling price of your item within the past 30 days.
All items can be returned to Coach unless they have been open and worn.
There are not many exceptions to the return policy since Coach allows you to return almost all items within 30 days.
If you want to see if they will still take your product, you can always go to the store and check as it’s worth it to see.
The only exception to the return policy is that if the item was bought on sale, you have to return it within 14 days. Final sale items cannot be returned.
If you return it to the store, you will get a refund the same day. If you decide you want to return it online, you have to wait for the warehouse to receive the product and then refund the money to your bank or credit card. This usually takes 7-10 days but can take longer around the holidays or a promotional period.
Does Coach give full refunds?
Coach will always give you full refunds if you return the item within 30 days and if the item is not used or worn. If you do not have the receipt, then you will only be able to exchange the item and not get a refund.
Can I return a Coach product after use?
Coach requires all their items to be unopened and unused to return them. If you have already used the item, they will probably not take the product back. If the product is faulty though or was damaged before you received it, you will still be able to return it even if you opened it.
Does Coach accept returns after 30 days?
No. Coach will only take returns within 30 days and within 14 days for clearance products.
Coach is basic with their return policy as it matches many other clothing and purse stores on the market. 30 days is a shorter time period than some other stores though.
