It is really outrageous that you cannot match in online price, coming in the store and buy the same product. It’s very inconvenient, and insulting that we have to pay almost 1/ quarter to a half more in price adjustments to buy the same product in person that you would online. It is horribly disturbing, and then just rude when you are told that you cannot buy that same product. It is outrageous and not great customer service policy. It’s disappointing, being that CVS is a national known brand, and it’s been around for so long.
