What Is the Dillard’s Mail-In/Online Return Policy?
Most customers who shop online will opt for the mail-in return option. Dillard’s actually makes online returns via mail pretty simple. The main downside, however, is that they aren’t free. You will get charged $9.95 to use a return label, which you can access by looking up your order number on the Dillard’s website.
Simply head to the website, look up your order number, and follow the prompts to print your personal return label. Note that $9.95 is only the minimum return label shipping cost; expedited or next-day labels cost $20 and $30 respectively.
Furthermore, you can get a free return shipping label if your merchandise total is $150 or more. Also, if you paid with a Dillard’s card, you can get a free return shipping label with a minimum merchandise total of $99.
You must ship your return item with its original receipt or original proof of purchase label, meeting all other item return conditions. Package the return by removing previous labels and attaching the new shipping return label. Mail your returns to:

Can You Return an Online Purchase to the Store?
Not everyone cares for the hassle of returning an online purchase via mail. Additionally, the costs of returning products via mail can add up quickly since Dillard’s doesn’t offer free mail-in returns to its customers.
Luckily, customers have the cheaper option of returning items purchased online to a Dillard’s in-store location.
You just need to find your nearest Dillard’s store location and bring the item you’re wanting to return. How Strict Is the Dillard’s Return Policy?
The Dillard’s return policy is fairly set in stone. Their policy is clearly outlined on the FAQ page of their website, detailing exceptions to the rule. Items returned beyond 30 days are not eligible, and if you can’t show proof of purchase and keep the item in unused condition, they won’t accept it.

You’ll get a refund to whatever your original form of payment was so that you can purchase a new item. Note that you still have to pay your own shipping charges for mail-in exchanges.
