Sadly, the answer is no. Halfords does not price match Amazon. According to their terms and conditions on the Halfords’ website, the Halfords price match policy only applies to UK-based competitors that sell directly to customers. The policy excludes explicitly online marketplaces such as amazon. 

With Amazon acting as a marketplace for users to sell their items to customers, under Halfords’ price match policy rules, they are classified as a marketplace seller.
