What can I do if EB Games won’t price match?
If the item you’re trying to get a price match on matches all of the criteria discussed in this article, and the store refuses, it may be worth your while to try a different location. EB Games has been known to refer to price matching as a “service” rather than a “policy” however if the criteria all matches up, the customer is generally entitled to that price match.
This is more than a simple “the customer is always right” scenario, as in this case you’d be requesting that the store apply the same “service” granted to others in the same circumstances.
