They do make it clear that the item must be in the same condition as when it was sold, it needs to be unwashed, unaltered and unworn. You also need to have all of the attached accessories and packaging of the item.

Note that for US customers, Fashion Nova provides shipping labels for free. This is the recommended way to return any items in the US as processing the refund will be much quicker. For other customers, shipping labels cost $3.99 to return a single item and $7.99 to return multiple items.
