The John Lewis return policy is generally pretty flexible unless you’re trying to return an item like a mattress or a used electronic device. The company is also known to have pretty lenient staff, so if products don’t fully fit the criteria for a return, you may still be eligible for a refund.

To return a product to John Lewis, you can do so in-store or online. To return the item in-store, all you need is the item and proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, delivery note, or order number.
