Yes, Lowes offers customers a price adjustment, meaning if you happen to find out something you bought in the last 30 days is now listed at a lower price, you can ask for a price adjustment. Lowes price adjustment policy says that each store will match its own, lowered, prices and refund the difference back to you.
Process for Price Adjustment
The criteria for getting a price adjustment are the same as for getting a competitor’s price match. Simply talk to your store’s associate and let them know you want to get a refund.

I just found the same washer I purchased on 4/2 /21 to be $75 less than what I paid

Just got off the phone with Lowe’s (after holding over 30 minutes) and they said they do NOT do price adjustments on previously purchased items. I purchased a toilet from them online 3 weeks ago, and the online price is now $40 and they refused to honor it. If it weren’t such a large item I would return and re-buy it!

After holding for 2 hours, I was informed that Lowe’s no longer does price adjustments. In my case it was a refrigerator that dropped $200 less than 30 days after we purchased it – not a small amount. As a result of their decision not to price adjust, I will be cancelling my stove that is backordered ($1,500) and likely will return the refrigerator ($2,999). I will not re-purchase the refrigerator from Lowe’s. Home Depot has the same model for a few dollars less. They also carry the same stove. So Lowe’s is willing to give up $4,500 in sales rather than give a $200 price adjustment. I have a hard time following that logic.

We bought a top of the line Frigidaire Range with built in Air Fry for $1,149.00 on March 20, 2021. It was delivered on Saturday 4/10/21.
I was at the the same store yesterday 5/29/21 and now the range is on sale for $899.00 WOW. That is $250.00 less than what we paid for it. I talked to customer service and they said it passed the 30 days.
I really feel that I was robbed $250.00
This is not right. This will definitely stop me from buying any appliances unless it is on sale.

I brought my dishwasher from Lowe’s and it went down $150 wasn’t able to get the refund went to two different Lowe’s stores to find out about it. They said I bought it online so they couldn’t do the adjustment.

Will NEVER purchase anything from Lowes again! We purchased a Refrigerator for $3000. When I looked at other stores (3 different places) I found it was $300 less. One was at Home Depot. I called about price match/adjustment. Although I found where it says 30 days they said that they DO NOT HONOR THAT. What is going on here? Is this the way to run a business? Is this the type of rep that Lowes has? I thought this was a decent store-I guess I was VERY WRONG!

I’ll add this… I am thinking about taking the washer and dryer back and heading to Sears to buy either the same w/d (LG) or Kenmore. I still have all the packaging and would gladly tape it back up.

I just recently visited Lowe’s but two combo kits of power tools ask the registers to cut cashier at the register if they did price adjustments within a certain timeframe I was told yes less than a month later I see the tools on sale for half of what we paid for them I went went to get the price adjustment and they said that I was no longer does it I just left Home Depot because of much the same type of thing now I don’t even want to go to Lowe’s anymore I guess I’ll have to return the tools and then go to Harbor freight to buy them I thanks for nothing Lowe’s

I bought a dishwasher 3 weeks ago and it’s now $50 less. Not a huge amount, but hey – $50 is a tank of gas. I went to the store where I purchased it and they said, “we don’t price adjust anymore.” That didn’t sound right to me, so I called another store and was told that they do, so I went to the other store. When I got to the other store, they said they’ll only do it for two weeks after purchase. But the rep called a manager and she gave the okay to do it. I commented on some signs behind the counter referencing their “90-day customer satisfaction guarantee” and their “price promise” and the clerk just said, “we need to take those down.” That’s some stellar customer service, Lowe’s.

Lowe’s no longer does price adjustments within 30 days. Found my 2 week old Frigidaire on sale for $200 less than what I paid for it. Fridge salesman tells me to watch upcoming sale flyers to get price adjustments. So, found it on sale, went to Lowe’s, customer service rep says, “No, we don’t do that anymore. Fridge salesman doesn’t know!” Refused to refund the cash.

Nov.27 2021,no Lowe’s will not do a price adjustment. Purchased 20 windows,3400.00, and as I am checking sizes with my order list..low and behold the windows are now 20 percent off, the online associate said yes,return them and have them ring them up again with the new discount,I stated we pick them up today,they are in the store..easy..yes..Called Fremont,Ohio Lowes,Lowe’s, associate said yes..Wentbto Customer Service counter, associate said I’ll have to call a manager..Manager said no,they were not stock items,even though my windows WERE NOT marked as custom sizes..the MANAGER stated they were custom sizes,..and I was taking the windows home that morning..not leaving them to deal with..a lack of respect for a 28 year Lowe’s customer..it would have cost them apprx 500 dollars..to make it right..I should have ignored picking up the order and ordered it again with using another town for pickup..

We purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator December a week later we went to the same store and found that prices on all three items had decreased by 100.00 each when we asked about 30 day price adjustments guarantee, they first indicated the did just bring in the receipt. When we returned with receipt they said they no longer honored this policy we could return products and return them and repurchase them at the lower price. We called costumer service at corporate they indicated the same. Sadly we could have purchased 200.00 cheaper at an competitor for us we will no longer make big purchases with Lowes perhaps no small ones either. We have some major remodeling ahead and will look to work with other retailers.

Lowe’s won’t price match their own stores. Went to buy an item on line put it in “my cart” then realized I had my daughter’s address as my location. Switched to my closest store location and the price in my cart went up $30. When I called they said they don’t match their OWN STORE prices. WTF

I just found these comments after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes. The item we bought is now on sale for $1000 less!!! And we had trouble with the sale. They put the mower together wrong… a safety feature was installed incorrectly. Luckily my husband caught it. They didn’t deliver our batteries, charger, took pack, warranty book, nothing but the $5500 mower. We had to go pick it all up ourselves. Someone from the store called us because they accidentally sent gift cards for the full amount of the mower and said she would get us some kind of compensation. That never came.
I’m not really happy right now.
