What is Lululemon’s return policy?
Lululemon’s return policy is fairly straightforward. The company offers a 30 day return policy with a few exceptions, including stating that the clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Items must also have the tags attached and accompanied with valid proof of purchase.
The only items that are not returnable are the following:

How To Return a Lululemon item?
You have a couple of ways to return a Lululemon item.
Shipping
You’ll first need to head to the Lululemon returns page and complete a return, which will provide you with a printable shipping label. In many cases, you can download the barcode for a shipping label to your phone and have a FedEx or USPS location scan the code to print the shipping label for you.
If you have a printer at home, you can do this without going into a location. If you don’t have a printer at home, going into a location might be most convenient,
You’ll be refunded within 3-5 days and will receive notification the refund took place.
In Store
Of course, if you live near a Lululemon location and bought in person, or even bought your Lululemon clothing line, you can return in-store.
The difference here is that you won’t need a shipping label or to follow the online return process. Bring the clothing and a receipt with you and they can process the return on the spot.
Are there Lululemon items I can’t return in store?
Items purchased at our outlet store or Like New items are an exception and cannot be returned in-store at this time.
Can you return an online purchase to the store?
Yes, you can! The exception to this includes face masks, which aren’t returnable, outlet items, and Like New purchases. Otherwise, if an in store return is more convenient for you than the online process, just be sure to bring your proof of purchase and you’ll be fine.
How strict is the Lululemon return policy?
The Lululemon return policy page indicates that there are exceptions to some things, though it seems adamant about bringing a proof of purchase to indicate you did buy an item new.
Previous employees can tell you that Lululemon can extend past their typical 30 day return policy for customers who either have proof of purchase and clothes still in good condition, and for people who have bought regularly.
The company allows this method because they aware that Lululemon customers are loyal, and their leggings are built to last a long time. Rejecting a customer return means fewer leggings sold.

Lululemon does offer an exchange policy. The company allows you to exchange clothing items with their tags on and proof of purchase in store up to 30 days. Their associates will help you do a return and complete the process by finding something else you like more.
What is Lululemon’s Refund Policy?
Refunds are generally processed by providing the customer with the same way they paid for it – cash is returned as cash and debit or credit card purchases go back on their card.
Since Lululemon’s website does accept Paypal, there is an exception here. If you purchase an item online with Paypal, then return the item in store, the cost will be refunded to you via an AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or gift card. Stores cannot send money via PayPal.
Most customers who end up returning items purchased online will find it more convenient to receive a card refund anyway, as Paypal can take time to transfer.
Does Lululemon make returns without a receipt?
In most cases, returning items to Lululemon without a receipt will result in refunds in the form of gift cards or store credit, providing you’re within the return policy timeframe.
While the Lululemon website says that returns cannot be made without a receipt, they also let their associates have some free reign in accepting returns that would otherwise be rejected. Things happen – like losing paper or a lost email.
While Lululemon stores try to protect their return policy by encouraging the presence of a receipt, they will work with you and understand the need for a return if you wish to return an item without proof of purchase.
Can I return a Lululemon product after use?

I went to exchange two pairs of leggings today at a store in Eugene, Oregon
I spent over 1,000 on clothes in February 2022. Everything worked out but two pairs of leggings, they were falling down off my waist, & one bra that stretched out after wearing it once, the elastic was not retaining its tightness.
