According to their website you can return your bike after 30 days but you will have to pay a shipping fee of $250+ for bikes and $300+ for treads.
Does Peloton Have Free Returns?
According to the Peloton website they do offer free returns as long as it’s within the time window. They do make a note that due to the size and weight of their bikes they do not refund users for the shipping fees they may have paid to receive their bikes, however.
There are some geographical exceptions to this rule, however. For example, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other location that is only accessibly by ferry you are not even eligible for the home trial offer. This means that if you live in one of these places your Peloton purchase is not returnable regardless of the time frame.

However, Peloton makes sure to note that products must be returned in like-new condition and that any damage to the products will result in you having to pay a restocking fee.

Terrible service, initially my husband purchased the bike for me when I called and asked if we could have the healthcare discount the gentleman said yes and another individual said no, they made me return the entire bike and we had only had it in our house 2 hours then we attempted to return the bike due to an injury on it today the girl wasted my time saying it’s outside the window. Awful service I get they have a strict policy however I won’t ever recommend Peleton to anyone. Zero compassion and they agents work from home I believe as I could hear children Or others in the background every time I called.
