I purchased a baby monitor that was just delivered today to my stepson and his wife I went to the website to order something else for them and noticed it was on sale for almost $75 cheaper Am I reading correctly that you don’t give credit for this

Hi Dorothy,
thanks for using our website. The current Pottery Barn policy states that a prior purchase is not eligible for price adjustment. In your case, where the difference is quite substantial, I would consider returning the product (you have 30 days) and then buy it again for the reduced price. You will of course need the original receipt. More details can be found https://www.potterybarn.com/customer-service/return/?cm_type=fnav
Best regards,
Your PMG Team

We purchased a lamp at your Store in Concordville, PA. Since it was not in stock the lamp was shipped to our home. Upon arrival we checked on the website to confirm the dimensions a second lamp,
Also purchased but not yet received, only to find out that the lamp received had gone on sale. We called the store to request a price adjustment and were told that the product must be returned and repurchased. This is virtually impossible due to the size and packaging of the lamp. My experience with other retail outlets will always make adjustments upon presentation of the original sales receipt.
Can I get an adjustment or have I just purchased my last product from Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma. FYI, last week my wife and I spent over $1,200.00 between both of these stores.
