When customers aren’t satisfied, they will gladly accept returns on items that are unwashed, unworn, and have not been altered. Items should also be returned with the original tags. In order to make your Ralph Lauren in store return process much smoother, you can start the process of your return online.
Head to their store returns page in order to select your payment method, and follow the on-screen prompts.
In-Store purchases can only be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
You must have your order number and zip code handy. You can log in through your account to begin the process of the return.
Once you complete the simple steps required, you’ll be provided with a prepaid shipping label.
You will also be provided with several options to drop off your package. Some of these package drop off locations will include UPS stores.

You will be able to see your refund arriving within 15 days of receipt. Bear in mind that these are business days, and weekends may not count toward the total return time expected.
