Processing your return online works differently than in-person. To initiate a return online, visit the website’s return center and enter your zip code and order number. Click the start your return button and then print out the provided shipping label. Once printed, pack the return up in the box and take it to your nearest package drop-off center.
You’ll be charged $6.95 for the shipping of the return and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method you used.
