If you’ve recently made a purchase from The Good Guys and then find a lower price elsewhere, you might be wondering if there is a price match policy in place.

Does Good Guys Price Match?

Yes The Good Guys will price match if you find a lower price advertised within 30 days of your purchase. The price difference has to be at least a $5 difference. The Good Guys will refund you 120% of the difference as store credit if you bring your product in for price matching.

The price drop must have been from the Good Guys themselves or from an approved competitor. You also must have bought the product from Good Guys. You cannot have bought the product elsewhere and then bring it into Good Guys for a price match.

Does Good Guys Price Adjust in 2021?

Yes Good Guys Policy will price adjust in 2021, providing you bring the product in within 30 days. The price guarantee policy claims can only be made online and then you will receive the difference in the form of store credit. Store credit is issued within 3 business days via SMS or email.

Can I Use the Price Match Store Credit on Any Product?

You can’t exchange the store credit for cash. You also can’t use the store credit on certain brands sold by the Good Guys including:

• Apple
• AEG
• ASKO
• Miele
• Neff
• Bertazzoni
• La Germania
• Falcon

What products are included under the price match policy?

Only products that are purchased under Gold Services Extras are eligible for the price match. You will need to add this to your purchase when you are buying your items. To add Gold Services Extra though, you also have to be a Good Guys Concierge Member.

Good Service Extra must be added at the same time as purchase and cannot be added on later.

When you become a Concierge member, you get a load of added perks such as:

• Replacement of products $500 or less
• Free in-home repairs for large appliances
• No lemon guarantee
• Credits for food spoilage allowances and laundry
• $100 credit for appliances that can’t be fixed within 10 days or less
• And of course, the 30-day price match guarantee

With all these perks though comes a price. You have to pay annual fees. If you shop at Good Guys often and plan to use price match as much as possible, paying the fees might be worth it. However, paying the annual fees is probably not worth it if you are only buying a few products and might not save that much money from the price match guarantee anyway.

Does Good Guys price match online?

All Good Guys’ price match claims are handled online. Price match claims can also be submitted for products you purchased online. The list of competitors from Good Guys does not include many online companies though.

Does Good Guys’ price match eBay?

eBay is not on the approved list of competitors when it comes to price matching with Good Guys. If you find your product listed on eBay, you won’t be able to take it to Good Guys can get a lower price.

Does Good Guys Price match Amazon?

No. Amazon is not listed on the list of competitors offered by Good Guys. If you find a lesser price on Amazon, you won’t be able to bring the product in for a price match.

Does Good Guys’ price match Kogan?

Kogan is not on Good Guy’s list of approved competitors. If you think Kogan might have lower prices, you might want to check with them before buying your product from Good Guys.

Does Good Guys price match Target?

Yes, Target is on the list of approved competitors. However, terms and conditions apply just as with all price match guarantees.

The product price needs to be found within 30 days and has to be at least a $5 difference. The product you bought must also be under the Gold Services Extra plan.
