It’s more bad news, I’m afraid! Information on Vans’ price adjust policy is very limited. They don’t have a dedicated page to the policy, suggesting that they do not price adjust. 

Vans clearly states that there will be no price adjustment on their offers listed online on items previously purchased. This means that while these promotions run, you won’t be able to get the lower price on an item you have previously bought.
