Vans has very strict policies when it comes to the return and refund of their items. They have a 60-day window for all returns, but all of the original tags, receipts, paperwork, and boxes must be returned with the item as well. No item can be returned if it has been washed or worn, and they do not allow for exchanges.

How To Return a Vans Item?
To return an item to Vans in-store, you must have:
- The receipt or order number
- Your merchandise
- The original packaging
- The return form paperwork that was included in your order
Having all of this, you just have to enter the store and speak to someone in customer service or at a till.
Vans returns are only able to be sent through the US Postal Service or FedEx. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Can You Return an Online Purchase to the Store?

It can take up to 30 days after Vans receives the items for them to send your refund, which can take up to 2 weeks. This means that you may have to wait for a refund up to 44 days after returning an item.
If the item was purchased online, Vans will not refund the shipping cost unless they were at fault.
