WHOOP is a popular digital fitness tracker that many professional and college athletes use to track their training and vitals. The products are super cool and have physical WHOOP bands as well as a membership to the app. But what do you do if you find that WHOOP just isn’t working for you?

What Is Whoop Return Policy?
The WHOOP return policy allows customers to cancel their subscription and return their Whoop no questions asked within 30 days of receiving your item.
You cannot return WHOOP Your Way purchases.
If you made an in-store purchase, the same rules apply except you will have to return to the store with the unopened product in perfect condition, provide a receipt, and you will not have to fill out a Return Request as you would for an online return.

How To Return Whoop Products
If you have to ship your WHOOP device back to them you can request a return from their website and then follow the detailed instructions on the next steps for returning your WHOOP device.
Your refund will be executed after they receive your product back. They recommend that you keep your shipment receipt until your refund hits your account in case anything goes wrong in transit.
Apparently, if you do not need to ship your WHOOP device back you can gift it to a friend or recycle it with an electronics recycling program in your town. They state that you will still get a refund in the amount of the price you paid minus shipping costs.
How Strict Is The Whoop Return Policy?
The WHOOP return policy is strict in the sense that you must follow their guidelines and requirements for returning your WHOOP merchandise in order for your return to be process and to receive a refund.

WHOOP does not have an exchange policy at this time, nor do they accept exchanges for merchandise that you are returning.

If you are returning your merchandise within 30 days you will be able to cancel your app membership and receive a refund for your purchase — minus shipping costs— for any reason whatsoever, according to the WHOOP website.
Does Whoop Accept Returns After 30 Days?
No, once the 30 days have elapsed you can no longer return your WHOOP merchandise. In this sense their return policy is kind of strict.

Does Whoop Have Free Returns?
No, WHOOP does not offer free returns. They will refund your purchase within the 30 day window but they will deduct the cost of shipping for the purchase and the return.
How Long Do Whoop Refunds Take?
Although we performed extensive research on their website and many online forums, we were unable to find out any information on how long it takes for your refund to reach your bank account once you return your WHOOP product.
Can I Return Whoop Products After Use?
According to their return policy, you are able to return your WHOOP product within 30 days of purchase for any reason whatsoever.
While it does not explicitly state that you can return your product after using it and not liking it, it is implied in the blanket policy that if you are unsatisfied with the way the product performs you can return it, regardless of whether or not you used it.
The only stipulation to this is that you must return it within the 30 day time period in order for your return to qualify for a refund.
According to their website there are also apparently some instances in which you will not be asked to send your product back but you still may receive a refund. Whether these instances refer to heavy use or not is unclear from their FAQs page.

Can I Return My WHOOP Band?
This seems as though it is a case by case basis type of thing. In most cases it seems you can return it but it seems that in some cases you may not need to send it back to qualify for a refund.
Can You Cancel Our Whoop
You can cancel your WHOOP membership at any time through the app itself. In order to get a refund for the initial membership fee and your hardware, however, you need to make your return within the 30 day return policy window.
Does WHOOP Have A Warranty?
Yes. The WHOOP warranty states that your WHOOP band will be defect free for a year following your initial activation (aka your first use) of your WHOOP band and membership. If you notice any defects in your WHOOP band during this one year period WHOOP will replace your WHOOP band.
However, the warranty has a few stipulations. You need to have an active subscription with no outstanding fees, have a valid payment method on file, and be the original owner of the WHOOP.
Can I Give My Whoop To Someone Else?
Yes. You can give your old WHOOP to a friend or family member. They will also receive two free months of membership when you give them your old WHOOP.
